Return Policy

• If you have any questions about your return,  contact us via the “Contact us” link. 
• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
• We do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders and items on clearance. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please contact us at contact@kalashreeartistry.ca to initiate the return process. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. 

Refunds

• Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you and if the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

Cancellation

• Cancellation can be requested within 12 hours of placing order.
